A Gift of Charity for Charity Hospice

          Thank you for allowing us to care for your loved one and to serve you with hospice care.  We hope that we have been able to make this difficult journey a little easier for you by permitting us to share our love, support, and prayers with you.  Charity Hospice, Inc. is a non-profit corporation whose mission statement includes that we will provide care for patients and families regardless of their ability to pay.  Bereavement care provided for 13 months after your loved one dies is also an aftercare that is not reimbursed by Medicare or any insurance company.  However, we know that this care is extremely important to families.  Because of our mission, community financial support is vital.  If you feel it would be the wish of your loved one or for your family to have Charity Hospice listed for memorial contributions, it would be appreciated immensely.
